Refund policy
Welcome to Room Bloom! By making a booking or purchase with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your order.
1. BOOKINGS

Advance Booking: All bookings should be made at least 7 days (1 week) in advance to allow time for preparation and customization.

Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings made within 7 days are subject to availability and may incur a rush fee.

Booking Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
2. PAYMENTS

Full Payment Required: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your date and décor package.

Accepted Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer or any method listed on our official platforms.

Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable once made. This includes situations where the client changes their mind, cancels, or fails to provide access to the room.
3. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Cancellations: Due to the custom and perishable nature of our décor (balloons, petals, candles, etc.), we cannot offer refunds for any reason once payment has been made.

Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your booking at least 72 hours before your event date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval.

No-Shows or Access Issues: If our team arrives and cannot access the room due to hotel or client issues, your booking will be marked as completed with no refund or reschedule.
4. ROOM ACCESS & SETUP

Clients are responsible for ensuring Room Bloom has access to the space at the agreed time.

Please confirm check-in/check-out times with your venue or hotel before booking.

If setup is delayed due to hotel restrictions, the client will be responsible for any extra charges or loss of time.
5. DECOR CARE & SAFETY

Balloons and decorations should be kept away from sharp objects, heat, or open flames.

Once setup is complete, Room Bloom is not responsible for any damage, deflation, or changes to the décor caused after our departure.

Some items (e.g., candles, LED lights) should only be used as directed for safety reasons.
- LED Candles: LED candles are battery-operated and may run out of charge unexpectedly. Room Bloom ensures all candles are in working order at the time of setup but is not responsible if batteries run out after completion of the setup.
6. PHOTOS & CONTENT

Room Bloom reserves the right to take photos and videos of our décor for marketing and social media purposes.

If you prefer not to have your setup shared online, please let us know in writing before your booking date.
7. ADDITIONAL FEES

Late Access Fees: If our team has to wait more than 30 minutes for room access, a £15 per 30-minute waiting fee may apply.

Rush Orders: Same-day or next-day bookings (if accepted) may include an additional express fee.

Damaged or Missing Items: Any missing or damaged props must be reimbursed at replacement cost.
8. LIABILITY
Room Bloom is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our decorations once setup is complete. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the safety and appropriate use of all décor items.
